Introduction to BMX Commissaire Course
Commissaire’s are an integral part of the BMX Volunteer eco-system. They ensure each race is safe, fair and fun for everyone. Becoming certified not only provides you with the proper tools to volunteer in this capacity, but also provides knowledge of BMX racing rules that are not easily gained as a spectator or parent on the sidelines. Having certification also allows you to volunteer in specialized roles that put you right in the action; Registration, Finish Line, Gate Operator and Staging.

How it works:

Example – First Aid certification (1 entry upon completion), Commissaire training (1 entry per level completed), Respect in Sport (1 entry upon completion). You can also earn entries by volunteering over and above the 10 credits required to earn back your volunteer bond. Globe will draw for one 2026 Globe BMX membership at the end of our 2025 season. Globe BMX will transfer reimbursement of the fee for the 2026 season upon 2026 registration.
