With the Sport of BMX rapidly growing and the exciting expansion of the provincial series, our opportunity as a club to generate income from provincial race events will be reduced moving forward. Instead of increasing membership fees we have decided to put a bigger emphasis on fundraising.
50/50 Season Raffle Ticket Books
We’ve researched a few ideas from other sports clubs and we’ve decided to implement a fundraising initiative for 2020 in the form of a 50/50 ticket raffle.
Tickets can be purchased from Board of Directors or members when the raffle begins end of February 2020.
More Details:
- Ticket booklets will be ready end of February.
- Each ticket in the booklet will be $5
- Booklets will have 20 tickets
- Tickets will be sold until September 15th, 2020
- Draw will take place in October of 2020
- Prize is 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum value of $5,000.00, awarded in cash and to 1 winner.

– Price per ticket: $5
